Welcome to Hayak. By using the platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Accepting the terms

When you create an account or use the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. The service

Hayak is a guest management platform for events. We provide tools for creating invitations, sending them to your guests, tracking attendance, and other related services. Our service is available across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3. Account registration

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account password safe, and for any activity that happens under it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform in any of the following ways:

• Sending spam or unwanted messages.
• Uploading false or misleading data.
• Violating the rights of others, including their privacy.
• Trying to disrupt or hack the service.
• Using the platform to break any Saudi law.

5. Pricing and payment

Plan prices are listed on our pricing page. Payment is in advance, and you'll receive a tax invoice after payment. We accept Mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Prices may change at any time, and we'll notify you 30 days before any change.

6. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 7 days of paying if you haven't used the service. After that, no refunds are available except in exceptional cases at our discretion.

7. Your guest data

You are responsible for the data you upload to the platform, including ensuring you have permission to use it. Hayak processes this data on your behalf as a "data processor" under PDPL.

8. Intellectual property

The Hayak platform — including the design, code, content, and trademark — belongs to Hayak Events. You may not copy, distribute, or modify it without our written permission. The data you upload remains yours.

9. Service availability

We try to keep the service available 24/7, but we don't guarantee continuous operation without interruption. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or essential updates with prior notice when possible.

10. Limitation of liability

The Hayak platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from your use of the service. Our total liability in any case does not exceed the value of subscription fees you paid for the last 12 months.

11. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time from settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. After termination, your data is deleted within 30 days, except as required by Saudi law.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice in the platform. Continued use after notification means accepting the new terms.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent Saudi courts.

أهلاً بك في حياك. باستخدامك للمنصة، أنت توافق على الشروط التالية. الرجاء قراءتها بعناية.

1. قبول الشروط

عند إنشاء حساب أو استخدام الخدمة، أنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا ما توافق، رجاءً لا تستخدم المنصة.

2. الخدمة

حياك منصة لإدارة الضيوف في الفعاليات. نوفر أدوات لإنشاء الدعوات، إرسالها لضيوفك، متابعة الحضور، وغيرها من الخدمات المتعلقة. الخدمة متاحة في كافة أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية.

3. تسجيل الحساب

عند إنشاء حسابك، يجب أن تقدّم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة. أنت المسؤول عن حماية كلمة سر حسابك، وعن أي نشاط يحدث تحت حسابك.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

توافق على عدم استخدام المنصة في أي من الحالات التالية:

• إرسال رسائل سبام أو رسائل غير مرغوب فيها.
• رفع بيانات كاذبة أو مضللة.
• انتهاك حقوق الآخرين، بما فيها خصوصيتهم.
• محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو اختراقها.
• استخدام المنصة لمخالفة أي قانون سعودي.

5. الأسعار والدفع

أسعار الباقات موضحة في صفحة الأسعار. الدفع يكون مقدّماً، وراح تستلم فاتورة ضريبية بعد الدفع. نقبل مدى، فيزا، ماستركارد، وآبل باي. الأسعار قابلة للتغيير في أي وقت، وراح ننبهك قبل 30 يوم من أي تغيير.

6. الاسترداد

تقدر تطلب استرداد كامل خلال 7 أيام من الدفع، شرط أنك ما استخدمت الخدمة. بعد هذه الفترة، ما في استرداد إلا في حالات استثنائية حسب تقديرنا.

7. بيانات ضيوفك

أنت المسؤول عن البيانات اللي ترفعها على المنصة، بما في ذلك التأكد من أن عندك إذن باستخدامها. حياك يعالج هذه البيانات نيابة عنك بصفته "معالج بيانات" حسب نظام PDPL.

8. الملكية الفكرية

منصة حياك — بما فيها التصميم، الكود، المحتوى، والعلامة التجارية — ملك لحياك للفعاليات. لا يجوز نسخها أو توزيعها أو تعديلها بدون إذن كتابي منا. أما البيانات اللي ترفعها فهي تبقى ملكك.

9. توفر الخدمة

نسعى لإبقاء الخدمة متاحة 24/7، لكن ما نضمن استمرار التشغيل بدون انقطاع. قد نعلّق الخدمة مؤقتاً للصيانة أو التحديثات الضرورية مع إشعار مسبق عند الإمكان.

10. حدود المسؤولية

منصة حياك تُقدم "كما هي". نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة. مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية في أي حال لا تتجاوز قيمة اشتراكاتك المدفوعة في آخر 12 شهر.

11. إنهاء الخدمة

تقدر تنهي حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات. ونحن قد نلغي أو نوقف حسابك إذا خالفت هذه الشروط. بعد الإنهاء، تُحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يوم، باستثناء ما تطلبه الأنظمة السعودية.

12. تغييرات على الشروط

قد نحدث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. راح ننبهك على أي تغييرات جوهرية عبر الإيميل أو إشعار في المنصة. استمرار استخدامك بعد التنبيه يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.

13. القانون المطبق

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع راح يُحل أمام المحاكم السعودية المختصة.
